Each user may only create one account. Multiple accounts under the same person are strictly prohibited — if discovered, all accounts will be closed and balances forfeited.

3 Age Restriction & Eligibility

99 Apps is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Allowing minors to use the platform or playing on their behalf is completely prohibited.

We reserve the right to verify your age at any time. You may be asked to provide a copy of your National ID, passport, or driving licence. Your account may be temporarily restricted until verification is complete.

• Bangladeshi citizens or legal residents are eligible to use this platform.
• Access is not permitted from countries where online gaming is prohibited.
• Use by individuals with mental illness or gambling addiction is prohibited.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

99 Apps supports Bangladesh's major mobile banking services. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit Terms & Conditions:

• Minimum deposit: BDT 500
• Maximum deposit: ৳1,00,000 BDT per day (different limits apply for VIP members)

• Maximum withdrawal: ৳50,000 BDT per day (higher limits apply for VIP members)

• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly; wagering requirements must be met first

5 Bonus Terms & Conditions

• Specific wagering requirements must be met to claim a bonus
• The welcome bonus is issued once only and cannot be claimed multiple times from the same person or device

• If any form of bonus abuse is detected, the account will be closed

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

General Betting Rules:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled

Prohibited Activities:

• Using bots or automated software to play
• Placing bets on both sides of an outcome to exploit bonus offers (Arbitrage)
• Colluding with other users to manipulate outcomes
• Intentionally exploiting any platform vulnerability or bug

7 Account Suspension & Closure

99 Apps may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under any of the following circumstances:

• For violations of these terms and conditions
• If registration is completed with false or incomplete information
• When suspicious activity is detected on an account
• If money laundering is suspected
• For operating multiple accounts
• If a minor is found playing, or someone is playing on their behalf

Upon account closure, whether any valid balance (excluding bonuses) is refunded will be determined on a case-by-case basis following investigation.
